Following a slew of cassette tapes released to nigh-on zero fanfare, Hunger have upped the stakes for their debut record. Ploughing the two-piece, bassless hardcore furrow with a better feel for a catchy beat and a memorable hook than many bands playing that game, this is more sore punk than raw punk.

Each song reveals an unhealthy dose of frustration and resentment, with anguished repetition and cave-maniac drumming inching this flayed-bones racket into black metal territory at points. Feedback is employed as an instrument, battling disorientating trade-off vocals... as two men enter and one man leaves.
